Helping homeless men and women to find permanent employment is next to impossible unless they have a high school diploma.
The Orlando Career Learning Center is a state-of-the-art Christian Adult High School utilizing an individualized approach to learning as an alternative to lecture based education.
OCLC helps students (mission residents) move toward high performance by identifying areas where change is needed, designing an effective change process, and guiding the change. OCLC students use computer enhanced self-instructional curriculum and mastery-based learning techniques.
Beyond academic learning, our education program provides the opportunity for students to improve their communication skills and to learn positive employment skills such as accountability, self-discipline, honesty and responsibility. |

Upon completion of OCLC's Educational and Career Program, students
receive a high school diploma and are ready to continue with higher education in our local colleges, universities or technical schools, or enter the work force with career minded goals.
