OVERVIEW
The Orlando Union Rescue Mission is not a part of United Way and does not receive any government funding. Contributions received from individuals, businesses, churches, civic organizations and foundations are used to provide life-changing programs for homeless men, women and children such as nutritious meals, safe shelter, Christian and academic education, career training/employment placement, child care and youth programs.
This is the easiest, fastest and most convenient way to contribute.
Gift In Kind (Non-Monetary Donations)
Gifts of new, or nearly new, furniture, household goods and clothing are distributed free of charge to the needy of the community and to families within OURM's programs. Gift in kind contributions also may benefit residents that are transitioning back into the community after successfully completing the Mission's programs. Donate Vehicles

The Orlando Union Rescue Mission will honor a donor’s intention in the allocation of designated funds.
The Orlando Union Rescue Mission will provide, upon request, independently audited financial documentation to anyone who would like to personally see how this ministry utilizes the funds the community has graciously entrusted to us.
The Orlando Union Rescue Mission is recognized as an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (c)(3). (FCA Registration #CH-2536) Our exempt status is current and has not been revoked or modified.
The Orlando Union Rescue Mission is a Certified Mission of Excellence with the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions and a member in good standing with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. Both agencies regularly conduct audits of its members, ensuring the highest standards for financial accountability.
