Evangelical Council
for Financial Accountability

|

You're invited to tour our facilities any time!
Come meet the staff and residents -- and see
your gifts in action
in this ministry to Central Florida's homeless!
We guarantee that it will be an exciting, life
changing adventure!
You will never think of a homeless mission the
same way ever again!
Our Mission is all
about new lives, new goals, new futures,
NEW HOPE
in Christ -- thanks to your support!
 |
|
Hopeless, demoralized faces break into
smiles when it dawns on them that they really are welcome here --
as individuals of great value. |
 |
|
Each new resident is
assigned a case manager who helps
draw up educational/career goals and
develops an individual program to
help the resident meet those goals.
The case manager is there to support
the resident's physical, emotional,
or spiritual needs.
|
 |
All new residents' educational
levels are evaluated. If they
lack
a high school diploma or job skills,
they attend our highly acclaimed,
self-paced
Career Learning Center.
Some residents also pursue
vocational training at local
community colleges. Still
others join our Discipleship
program and work at jobs around the
Mission until they gain the
skills needed to
hold jobs in the community, or
to qualify for full-time Mission
staff positions. |
Children are a priority at the
Mission! The social skills they
learn, their introduction to faith
in a Savior who will never leave or forsake them, and
interactions
with staff who genuinely care about them
will go a long way toward
building a future for these young lives.
|
 |
At the very heart of our
ministry to the
homeless are our Christian
education
programs, which include chapel
services,
Sunday School classes for all
age groups,
and our
Victorious Life classes -- all
are designed to introduce
residents to the One who offers
eternal life, and hope for a brighter
future, Jesus Christ.
But no
matter how much we tell you about the
Mission, you can't begin to comprehend
the wonder of it unless you come see for
yourself -- in person.
Give us a call at 407-422-4855 to
make an appointment or just pop in and
request a tour. We'll be happy to
accommodate you!
