At this time the following positions are available: 

Community Relations Coordinator

Summary:  The Community Relations Coordinator will proactively build relationships and engage local/national media and community by sharing about OURM’s work through news coverage, mission fairs, speaking engagements and other community events. 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Compose and distribute media releases for newsworthy stories and develop additional written materials including press kits (personnel biographies, company history, fact sheet), selected website content and event listings for community calendars

- Respond to requests for information from the media and/or designate appropriate spokesperson or information source

- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of media and community groups (i.e. organizations, churches, schools, clubs)

- Locate publicity opportunities and coordinate production of promotional pieces

- Arrange speaking engagements or mission fair exhibits to increase community awareness of OURM

Qualifications:

- Excellent word processing software knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office)
- Detail-oriented, good concentration and a high degree of accuracy
- Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Applicant must have the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Applicant must adhere to OURM Staff Manual/Doctrinal Statement for additional guidelines and agree to abide by all information contained therein

Creative Services Coordinator

Summary:  The Creative Services Coordinator executes inspired concepts in layout, type, color and graphics, and is able to create a finished layout for mailings, website and other miscellaneous materials by working proficiently with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Plans and executes overall creative concepts for print/web materials—keeping consistent with existing OURM brand messaging and image.

- Works with vendors to ensure that art is properly formatted for optimum print quality.

- Brings fresh concepts and ideas, serving as lead designer on all communication pieces, including (but not limited to): newsletters, brochures and print/miscellaneous projects. 

- Maintains working knowledge of current design software and creative trends.

Qualifications:

- Excellent graphic design software skills (including Adobe Suite)
- Detail-oriented, good concentration and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work productively independently and in a team environment
- Applicant must possess excellent written communications skills
- Applicant must have the ability to organize and prioritize work

Major Gifts Coordinator

Summary:  The Major Gifts Coordinator will proactively build relationships and enhance prayer and financial support from current and prospective financial ministry partners.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Manage relationships with caseload of prospective donors and will be expected to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward these supporters to encourage increased involvement in OURM’s ministry

- Proactively monitors all prospect contacts to ensure positive and purposeful prospect and donor relations

- Must have professional track record of building donor relationships and closing significant gifts

- Develop appropriate cultivation strategies to move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure


Qualifications:


- Excellent word processing software knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office)
- Detail-oriented, good concentration and a high degree of accuracy
- Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Applicant must have the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Applicant must adhere to the highest ethical standards and demonstrate perseverance and an optimistic attitude
