Rescue Mission to Restore Souls of Homeless With Free Sneakers

#SolesRestoreSouls Shoe Campaign a Success as Organizations Plan To Give To Needy

ORLANDO, FL– Today, the National Osteopathic Medical Association (NOMA) and the Orlando Union Rescue Mission (OURM) will be hosting a free community wide Health Fair, and will give away sneakers to those in need. OURM’s goal for the #SolesRestoreSouls campaign to get one thousand pairs of sneakers to give away has been reached. *Please note: Shoes will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.* A free shuttle service for drop off and pick up will be offered to those without transportation.

WHAT: FREE Community-Wide Health Fair
WHEN: Friday, October 16
TIME: 3pm-7pm
WHERE: O.U.R. Mission Home’s Family Life Center Gymnasium (1525 W. Washington St. Orlando, FL 32805)

A free shuttle service will be offered from 2:30pm-6:30pm at the following locations:
• O.U.R. Mission Bargain Store (911 W. Central Blvd.)
• O.U.R. Men’s Center (410 W. Central Blvd.)
• BP Gas Station (410 Old Winter Garden Rd-On the Corner of JYP & Old Winter Garden)
• Wawa-1200 W. Colonial Drive-(on the corner of 50 & Orange Blossom Trail)
