For those seeking shelter from Hurricane Ian, Orlando Union Rescue Mission will open its doors for emergency sheltering on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 28. The exact time of opening will be announced as we know more about the storm’s location and route. Guest at all locations will be provided meals throughout the duration of the storm.

Shelter for Single Women, Single Mothers, Single Fathers and Intact Families:

• is available at our Family Home, 1525 W. Washington Street.
• will provide cots, but guests should bring their own sheets, blankets, and pillows.

Shelter for Single Men:

• is available at Project Hope, 3300 W. Colonial Drive.
• will provide guests with sleeping mats and blankets.
