Mission Offers Emergency Shelter as Temperatures Plummet

Orlando, FL –This weekend, the Orlando Union Rescue Mission (OURM) is opening its doors to serve homeless men seeking shelter from the cold weather. As temperatures drop below 40 degrees, OURM will extend capacity to men seeking shelter from the near freezing temperatures at no charge to guests.

The OURM Men’s Center will offer emergency shelter for overnight guests beginning Saturday night and will release them Sunday morning after a hot breakfast. OURM’s Men’s Center will begin accepting patrons Saturday night at 9pm.
